I've read that the Eurostar isn't covered by an interrail pass - does this mean that travelling from London to Paris using the Eurostar doesn't need to be recorded in the pass calendar and doesn't count as a travel day?

Yes, when you only use eurostar on this day, that should be right.

Hi.
Please read here: https://rail.cc/blog/london-to-paris-by-eurostar-train-bus-or-ferry//
Connections here: https://rail.cc/en/train/london-to-paris
And please help us to help you with the information on railcc - buy your official Interrail pass on the recommended website: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - as it is not fair to ask at railcc for support and buy somewhere else. Thank you!
Peter :)
