Hi guys,
I'm leaving Edinburgh for Dubrovnik on 27th July and i'm planning to spend just over two weeks travelling between there and Berlin with one of my friends via the following places;
Dubrovnik, Split, Hvar, Zagreb, Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Innsbruck, Munich and then Berlin.
The plan is to spend 2 nights in most places and just a short touristy stop in Vienna and Munich. We have only booked the first few nights accomodation and i wanted to know if it's easy to book hostels a day or two ahead as we want to have some flexibily to stay longer/shorter in places as we go.
Is there anywhere we are really missing out on seeing in between? It's taken weeks to agree with my friend and we both think there may be room for one more stop somewhere.
Also; from experience, do you always meet up with lots of groups of people doing the same things? I love my friend dearly but for my sanity it would be nice to meet other young people en route and go for nights out together etc.
Thanks for your help.

Hi Nick...
If you stay in hostels (in dorms), you will always meet other travellers... or do some pub crawl in the evening (in every city there are organized tours - you will get information in the hostels). :)
Concerning pre-booking of hostels: just test it for example with the date of tomorrow: [ux]https://rail.shop/hostelworld[/ux] or [ux]https://rail.shop/hostelworld[/ux] (if you book via these links, it's the same price for your - but railcc gets a little commission to continue our work - thank you)
You can never preview if hostels are full or not...
If you want to add some places you could fit in Krakow and/or Prague.
Also a possible route is from Split via Mostar and Sarajevo to Zagreb.
Or Lake Bled in Slovenia... for example travel Dubrovnik - Split - Hvar - Zagreb - Lake Bled - Munich - Vienna - Budapest - Krakow - Prague - Berlin
And please help us to help you with the information on railcc - buy your official Interrail pass on the recommended website: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - as it is not fair to ask at railcc for support and buy somewhere else. Thank you!
Peter :)
