Hi,

We are currently in Ljubljana on our trip but are having some trouble reserving seats on trains. Whenever we try to do it via this site it tells us no criteria was found when we search for reservations only. At the moment we want to reserve a seat for the 12:45 train from Zagreb to Split but we are having trouble doing so on the website. It is a reservation fee of 1 euro, do we pay at the station or what?

Thanks,
Fintan

Hi!

Yeah, you do it directly at the station. It will be a bit more expensive in Slovenia though, probably 3/4€...the reservation for 1€ can only be made locally in Croatia I think.
Please note: The online reservation system at [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux] is just an extra service which you should use if you can not get a certain reservation at a train station. Reservations are more expensive online and not all trains can be reserved that way. Also, we (railcc) do not earn a bit by selling these reservations, it is just an extra service we can offer through our ticketing partners.
The standard (best) way to get reservations still is the old-fashioned way, directly at a train station.

Hi Fintan.
And just let me know your railcc order ID (the one beginning with AA - by personal mail), so I can set you PLUS. As it is not fair to ask here at railcc for free support but to buy the Interrail pass somewhere else. Thank you. :)
Peter :)
