Hello everyone,
I'm travelling from Enschede (The Netherlands) to Helsinki all the way trough Scandinavia.
This website helpt me a lot! but I still have a few questions;
1) The first day of my trip I planned to go from Enschede to Copenhagen, now is it obligated to reserve? The website DB BAHN say reserve please
2) How do you know when you have to reserve a seat, and where do you make a reservation?
3) If I look at the Train connections Norway it says I can go with the train form Bodø to Narvik, I looked it up but I can't find any train connections.
Any help would be great! thanks! :)

Hi.
Note: you can not travel for free with your Interrail pass in your country of residence.
As Enschede is just at the border - cross directly - and then in Germany you won't need a reservation for the day trip.
The electronic schedule planers you will find at the internet (such as the one from DBahn) are NOT made for Interrail travellers. Always check here: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation
And here on railcc we use for schedules our own railcc version of the DBahn schedule planer: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
:)
1) Travel for free by day trains to Copenhagen
2) Either online here at railcc for example: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux]
Or the common way: just at a railway station during your trip. :)
3) On the route Bodø to Narvik there is NO train running. If you click the details of the route, you see that it's a bus connection. Not included in Interrail.

https://rail.cc/en/interrail-bus/bodo-narvik/12
:!: And please help us to help you with the information on railcc - buy your official Interrail pass on the recommended website: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - as it is not fair to ask at railcc for support and buy somewhere else. Thank you!
Peter :)
