Interrail on local trains - crossing borders - on buses

If i purchase a 22 days continuous pass can i use any trains eg local trains and trains in-between country's , also does this pass let me use other transport like buses??

Yes, you can use suburban, local, long-distance, international, night trains.
No, public transportation (eg buses, trams, metro) is not included.
