Hey,
Me and a friend are Interrailing from the end of July for a month, and theres a stretch where we want to go from Munich to Milan. We've put a day aside purely for travelling this route, as apparently theres some really nice scenic trains that go through the Alps. Whilst we don't want to pay too much for special train tickets that would take a scenic route, we're happy to pay a reasonable amount if you think is worth it.
1) Can you recommend any scenic trains through the Alps between Munich to Milan?
2) Would they be covered by the Interrail pass?
Thank you - Great website!

Hi!
Glad you like our website. Hope it helps you - and please support us and purchase your tickets through our partner link [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] , thank you. :)
1) Yes, I can. I would recommend going via the Bernina route, which is possible within one day from Munich:
Munich 0717 - 1018 St Margrethen
St Margrethen 1031 - 1138 Chur
From Chur as described here: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/zurich-to-milan
More information: https://rail.cc/blog/zurich-milano-albula-bernina/
2) Yes. No reservations needed on the whole route.
