Hi.
I'm in serious problem now.
Actually I ordered my inter-rail pass on 6th June from Sweden and I couldn't get it because I should leave Sweden on 11th June. So I asked my friend to send the pass to France through post office because I'm suppose to use my inter-rail pass from France since 5th July and actually he sent on 17th June (According to my friend, It's gonna take 3 or 4 days to get to France). However, the problem is that I don't get the pass so far and I should leave France on 6th July.
What can I do in this situation??
I already tried to keep track of the mail, but the post office keep asking me about tracking id and I can't get tracking id because the friend who sent the pass wen back to his home country(Yemen) as well and there is no reply from him I sent e-mail and message though(I guess he doesn't have internet in his house).

Please give me solution :(
(Of course, I bought the inter-rail pass on the railcc website with the Rail Safeguard Plus.)
(When I ordered, I use the same e-mail address with the address in this id, but before I signed up for this website)

Hi.
Sad news - but there is no real solution.
The Interrail Pass is an unique document - if you loose it, it is lost. Like money you loose.
What you can do is ask for replacement as you have the Rail Safeguard Plus. But to be honest: I don't think it will be replaces, as it wasn't stolen or something like this.

Maybe there is a way to find out your friend`s phonenumber in Yemen, so that you could call him?
Anyway I hope you`ll find a solution, so that you can continue your journey.
