I'm going from the dimensions festivals in pula and going checking out Trieste. Anyone know the way of travelling that way?

Then:
Ljubljana 1610 - 1751 Sezana
From Sezana by bus/taxi across the border to Villa Opicina, then by tramway down to Trieste (currently bus replacement)
It is a bit awkward to travel by train; I dont know about bus connections though.
