Hi,

I've bought the InterRail pass and I am going to take this train from Venice to Vienna:

https://rail.cc/en/interrail/venice-to-vienna

it says, that a reservation is required - as I understand it - from Venice to Villach. But when I was trying to make it in the railcc shop it said: No product available for this itinerary. Does that mean I was too late or that there is no reservation needed?

I have already booked a seat in the train from Villach to Vienna.

Thanks for your advice!

Hi.
Please send me your order ID of the Interrail purchase on the recommended website (the one beginning with AA). Then I can set your profile to PLUS. If you did not purchased your Interrail pass at railcc, you should contact the company where you have it from. As it is not fair to ask here for free support but buy somewhere else. railcc is not the support forum of other companies.
Venice - Villach: it's a bus - reservation available at stations - https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation/intercity-bus-italien/68
Villach - Vienna: no reservation required, just enter the train and sit down.
Note: the reservation tool on railcc is only an EXTRA SERVICE for railcc customers. railcc doesn't earn a cent offering this service. The common way is to buy reservations at stations, as not all are available online.
Peter :)
