Hi guys,
I want to travel from Italy to Slovenia then Croatia in August. I will be staying in rome and florence 3 days in each one. I want to see Venice also, but the hostels are too expensive and I don't have a tent. So what I had in mind, was to leave florence in the morning then spend 5 or 6 hours at Venice, and to rest find a hostel in ljubljana. However the train schedule is awful. How can I accomplish to travel from florence to venice and from there to ljubljana with the cheapest way? Should I consider busses? Or do you recommend another route for me?
P.s. I looked for a decent night train but I could not find a cheap and highly recommended one.
Thanks a lot.

Hi.
Border crossing Italy to Slovenia like this: https://rail.cc/blog/travel-lake-bled-train/
Florence - Venice: https://rail.cc/en/train/florence-to-venice
Venice - Ljubljana: https://rail.cc/en/train/venice-to-ljubljana
And please help us to help you with the information on railcc - buy your official Interrail pass on the recommended website: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - as it is not fair to ask at railcc for support and buy somewhere else. Thank you!
Peter :)
