hi,
this depends on the connection you'll chose. If you look at our provided list of connections, you'll find the information you are looking for:
https://rail.cc/en/train/krakow-to-prague
https://rail.cc/en/train/prague-to-amsterdam

Do you want to use the direct night trains? Are you using an interrail ticket? For the night train you'll definitely need a reservation, which is presented in the links I've posted above.

It will be great, if you buy your tickets & reservations in our partner :) thank you.

Hi.
Point to point ticket Krakow-Prague: http://intercity.pl/en/site/special-offers/special-offers-for-international-transport/to-czech-republic-from-24-euro.html
Point to point ticket Prague-Amsterdam: follow the link NatureOne gave you and use the blue shopping cart. First a ticket Prague-Berlin, then one Berlin-Amsterdam if traveling by day trains via: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
Direct night train is one ticket.
Prices depends on date and time you travel.
Peter :)
