Hey, i'm going to the following cities; Rome, Venice, Budapest, Prague, Berlin and Amsterdam.
And to work out how much we need to take and spend we need to find out how much it costs to for an average beer or glass of wine in each of these places.
If anyone has been to any of these places and can tell me the average price or bars/clubs they recommend it would be very helpful :)
Thank you, Molly

Hi, I live in Prague so can help you with prices of drink and food here... Beer costs about 27 - 30 czk (1 - 1,20 eur) depending what you want to drink :) We have many kinds of beer but everything over 30czk is expensive except for Pilsner Urquell - this is unique czech beer, carefully - very strong - so it could cost about 38 czk... if you can, don´t be silly and sit near downtown, the best somewhere right at the square where they´re waiting for tourists :) Czech would never buy a beer over 28 czk :) ) glass of wine (2dcl) is about 50 czk (2 eur).

Average lunch menu is about 150 czk (soup, main course, 5 - 6 eur). You can find cheeper - about 80 czk for main course... Everything over 150 czk is a robbery :) Sure we have restaurants where you pay 20 eur for lunch but it´s wasting of money... If you want to have a dinner at a restaurant it´s similar to other big cities...

I recommend to buy a food at the supermarket or self-service shop (same prices) - newspaper stand and other sort of stands are very expensive.

I hope you will enjoy your trip..
