Hi!

From Bergamo airport BGY to Bergamo train station two buses per hour, approx 15min.
From Bergamo to Milano with Trenord, buy ticket locally. Hourly service to Centrale station, approx 50 min; hourly service to Porta Garibaldi, approx 60 min
From Milano Centrale to Genoa either with regional trains every two hours, approx 1h50, buy tickets locally or with Intercity train every two hours, approx 1h30, buy at rail.shop/acprail/trenitalia

you can do quicker;
from BGY there are 2 competing BUscompanies direct to Milano-staz. Centrale-east side. Take the cheapest-1 offers 3 for 2 tickets-so team up. Bus goes as soon as its full (does not take long after plane arrives) and in normal traffico takes 45-50 mins. There is not any ned to prebook or hasle with online for this. In Milano use the MACHINES for tickets-ques are horrendous long. Chase away the selp-appointed''helpers'' (for their own purse). These machines hjave 6 languages.
