You have to buy three separate tickets. If you can't book the e-ticket from Hendaye to Coimbra, buy it from Irun to Coimbra.

The price depends on when you book. The earlier you book, the cheaper the ticket usually is.

You have to follow the explanations Peter gave you already: Go to the link and then use the blue shopping carts to get to the ticket shops.
