Barcelona - Cerbere: cheapest way

Hi,

On July 13 I have to get somehow in cheapest way from Barcelona to Cerbere. And I don't want to to use my Interrail pass. Maybe someone had the same problem? I wonder how much it would cost by bus and by train.

I would be grateful for any help.
