hey hey ...

first: bad news ... Reunion Island are French. But you have to buy an Eurail ( [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ) pass... :(
It is not possible for you to buy an Interrail pass... these are the official rules.
sorry for this answer!

Peter
:)

P.S.: but here are the answers ...

1) no
2) buy it via [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] ... and you can fill in a delivery address in La Reunion.
3) you do not need single train tickets. just take your interrail ticket and jump into the train. that's it !! :)
4) up to 3 years old: free !! :)
5) difficult - nearly not possible... you have to do it at a station somewhere in france... this is the cheapest way.
6) take HST (high speed trains) with supplements... see on the website: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-train-reservation
to find train connections use this website: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
7) use the website above ... fill in the form Paris or Bruxelles and it will always find the main train station! :)
