Hi all,

I'm planning my very first interrail isn't trip and I'm flying to Dubrovnik to start the holiday..

The next destination is Split and just wondered if the best route is by bus? I realise there is no trains! I had given some thought to seeing some of the islands but was unsure which were the best to see and whether its easier to get there from Dubrovnik or Split?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks
Nicky

Hi Nicky.
You have several direct bus connections every day. Currently up to 18 per day.
Easy to get tickets at the bus station: https://rail.cc/en/dubrovnik/dubrovnik-bus-station/l3400
The ticket is about EUR 15.
More information: https://rail.cc/en/split/bus/c

Please help us to help you with the information on railcc - buy your official Interrail pass via our partner link [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
As it is not fair to ask at railcc for support and buy somewhere else. Thank you! :)

Thank you, Peter.

I'm going to ask lots of questions as we're travelling to two weeks and stopping in Dubrovnik, Split, Zagreb, Budapest, Bratislava, Vienna, Innsbruck, Munich and Berlin...

So have a look at the schedules which should help you a lot: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route

You can also include some other cities, using night trains (see schedules):

Budapest - Krakow - Vienna
or
Munich - Prague - Berlin
