I'm trying to book several reservations to go along with my InterRail ticket for my early July trip from Zagreb to Arras and back, with stopping in Locarno. Three are compulsory (trains through France) and five aren't. I'd still like to buy all eight for my own peace of mind.

I was searching for reservations here: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux] . For all my searches, I got a result and could book a reservation, second class, so everything seemed fine.

When I booked all eight reservations and went to my shopping cart and clicked on payment, I chose PayPal and after logging into PayPal and paying there, I got this error message:

An error occured and the booking failed and your payment has been canceled. Error detail: Railway reservation system: H110 - The request cannot be fulfilled on train 731.

Since I chose window under seat preference, I assumed that maybe there are no window seats available anymore. So I canceled that one reservation (leaving the other seven in my cart) and made it again, this time choosing any as seat preference. When I wanted to pay, I got the same error message, but for the reservation for another train. Both trains were the ones with no compulsory reservation needed (routes outside France). I'm aware that I don't really need them, and could just remove those five and try to book the three obligatory ones, but I thought I'd still ask if I'm doing something wrong before I do that, because I'd really like to buy all eight :) And if I get an error message for trains which don't even require a reservation, I guess I can expect that I won't be able to book the reservations for those three routes through France either :|

So I deleted all the reservations and made them again and chose no seat preferences for all of my reservations. This time around, I got a simple payment failed message. I tried paying again, this time choosing my Visa card as a method of payment instead of PayPal, and I got the same message. There definitely is enough money on my Visa card, I checked just this morning, and it's valid, as I just used it a couple of days ago with no problems.

My question is, why is this happening? Can it be that there are no more online reservations possible for a specific train even if I can book them here using your reservation search system and the reservation shows up in my cart before I check out to pay for it? For some routes, I just simply get a message that no reservations can be made online, so I expected that if the search system does come up with a result and I click on it to buy it, that I should have no issues actually making the order.

Thank you very much for your help! :)

Hi.
Usually the problem with the payment is:
- pre-paid credit card with not enough money on it.
- daily limit for transactions too low.
- your credit card provider don't allow payments with Worldpay/ACP, the companies handling the payment. You should contact your bank so that they allow it.
- we got a lot of fake orders from several countries - so it might be the reason that a country is blocked for a certain time.

Reservations here on railcc are an EXTRA SERVICE. Usually you buy reservations at a station. :)
The problem is that several railway companies don't offer Interrail reservations even by themselves - so it is really hard to build an independent system offering them. railcc doesn't earn money by these reservations - it is only to help.
You should buy your official Interrail pass here at railcc to get the premium status, support our work and all the information you get for free - then I can help you as well with more details planing your route.
Peter :)
