Hello,
I am travelling with a 2 other people.
2 of us have the Eurail and 1 of us have the Interrail.
When trying to reserve seats on Trentitalia, it is asking for a Card Number.
I've tried entering all the possible numbers of my card but it does not work.
I've read that it's possible to just enter 0 and it's fine.
Is that still possible?
My other question is if it would be possible to downgrade from 1st to 2nd class for an Adult Global Pass

Hi.
Did you purchased your rail passes at railcc? If not, please ask the company where you bought your tickets from. It is not fair to give someone else the money and ask for free support here on railcc. Thank you.
Downgrading is no problem. Filling in 0s is also fine.
