I will be traveling around Europe starting June 11th and was looking to buy a train pass. I am a dual citizen of Spain and the US but I have been attending University in the US the past year and my parents live in the US (rest of my family lives in Spain).
The interrail pass is much cheaper but it states on the site that only people that have lived in europe the past 6 months can buy one. Is there no way I can purchase one with just my spanish passport? Thanks!

Hi.
I can only give you the official answer: the country you lived in the past six months is your country of residence.
