Hi everybody !
My girlfriend and I are planning a rail trip with the famous Interrail Pass (Zurich-Prague-Copenhagen-Amsterdam-Berlin- Zurich). We want to use the city night lines (CNL) between each cities but only seats and no sleepers or couchettes...
Do you recommend us to book CNL tickets online or not? Can we just wait the last moment and take our tickets in the train stations without a reservation?
Are the reservations still possible today with the Deutsch Bahn website ? Because I tried to book CNL tickets on the website from Zurich to Prague for testing, I followed the Information about online booking of tickets, reservations and supplements and at the step 6 the button at the bottom beside the red one called: Book only extra charge is not here !!!
Thanks all :D

I have travelled numerous times with the CNL (seats and bunks), my experience was, that the car with the seats can be crowded as well, so I would book the seats some time earlier.

Hi.
Which date, which connection ... did you do it like explained here for example:
https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/zurich-prague-cnl40470/38
Either departure or arrival station has to be in Germany.
Here on railcc we use [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] for DBahn bookings.
:)
Please support railcc and buy your official Interrail pass in the railcc shop: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Thank you. :)

Hej,
please read the instructions carefully: The online reservation for IR pass holders is only possible if at least departure or arrival station are within Germany.
Also, there are no seats on the Praha - Kobenahvn CNL.
I would check for regular fares at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] which might be more economical than IR+reservations and also easier to obtain.

Thank you for your advices !
I will use the tip about the reservation with a departure or arrival station in Germany as all of my CNLs go by Germany... That's easier and cheaper I think ..
Thank you again everybody !
