Can anybody tell me if there is a night train from Istria or Zagreb or neighbourhood of Istria to Brussels?

There is no direct night train.
You can travel this way:

Then by night train to Munich: [u]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/rijeka-munich-b480/en498/262[/u]
And finally from Munich to Bruxelles: [u]https://rail.cc/en/train/munich-to-brussels[/u]
