Hi you all!
Me and my wife are going to make a travel across Europe. We actually have already made our travel plan so we need to get on trains at a certain day AND TIME.
We have an interrail global pass, we wanted to make reservations but it's actually a bit complicated to do it with the informations on the interrail webpage. I saw that in your page you can make any reservations.
So I have some questions:
- what proof of purchasing do I got?
- Tickets are deliver to my house or do I still need to get them on the counters in each station?
If you think any other information will be useful please let us know.
THANKS IN ADVANCE.

Hi.
Reservations are usually paper tickets and send to your home. Order them together with your official Interrail pass, to save shipping fees.
At the same time you support all the information here on railcc with the purchase of your Interrail pass via our partner shop [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux] - thank you. :)
NOT all trains are available for online reservation. You usually buy reservations at stations. Also a handling fee may be added to reservations bought online. As no one earns money with reservation - it is simply an extra service for Interrailers. And the person who prints the reservation and puts it into a letter has to be paid as well.
Check the railcc schedules, there you will find details about reservations - also connections avoiding the trains with extra fees: https://rail.cc/en/interrail
If you like and bought (or will buy) your Interrail pass at railcc, post your route to give you more details.
Peter :)

By the way I just saw you are from Chile ?!
If you have residency for more than 6 months in Chile, you can not travel with Interrail, you will have to buy an Eurail pass: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-rules
