hi,

can someone suggest which pass is better for travelling in swiss. I am travelling with my wife and 3 year old daughter for four days. I have to buy either two interrail pass for one country or SWISS pass for both of us (me and my wife). Interrail seems to be cheaper but i am not sure if it covers all transportation of swiss travel network.

what is covered in interrail pass ?

Please guide, thanks

kind regards

Hi!

InterRail only covers railway lines - most of them are free, some of them only grant a reduction, have a look here: :arr: http://www.bueker.net/trainspotting/map.php?file=maps/switzerland/switzerland.gif

Swiss Pass also covers public transportation, buses and cable cars (or grants at least a discount for the latter). Have a look at the map here: :arr: http://files.gadmin.ch/51796
