Hi!

Extra fees and more information about night trains are here: :arr: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train

If you use DB website for booking and looking for schedules, make sure to use the link to the railcc version of the site: :arr: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] same prices for you and you support railcc for all the free information.

Book only extra charge works only for night trains to/from/within Germany, at least departure or arrival station (or both) have to be in Germany.

a) Get your reservation at a train station.
b) Book your reservation until the last stop in Germany and tell the conductor that you will continue until Amsterdam. Normally this shouldnt be a problem as long as your InterRail pass covers the whole route since the reservation prices do not depend on the distance travelled. We also contacted DB/CNL about this issue and they said this is OK.

There are no seats on this night train: :arr: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/prague-copenhagen-cnl40457/192

You might wanna travel to Fulda, then use this night train :arr: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/basel-copenhagen-cnl-472/26
Berlin 1935 - 2214 Kassel Wilhemshöhe 2224 - 2254 Fulda by ICE trains

Or use Berlin Night Express to Malmö, then with Öresundtrain to Copenhagen. :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/berlin-to-copenhagen

I will be in Berlin 2-3 days before i travel Copenhagen to Amsterdam, will it be possible to get a reservation there for the whole length of the trip?

Well, you can never predict this for sure. It depends on the time of the year, day of the week (mid-week is usually less frequented) etc... Is your still like this? https://rail.cc/en/le-havre-porto-madrid-rome-venice-vienna/f9241#p36560
Then you could get the reservation for instance at Wien Westbahnhof after arriving from Venice. :)
To get a feeling on how full the train gets, have a look at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] and pretend to book a regular ticket - you will see if there are places available or not for the chosen date.

Yeah that is still the plan, just waiting on the Italian tran times to be added to [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] then I can confirm my entire plan.
