hi,
just check [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] for your timetable.
Bari - Rome : e.g.
7:15 - 11:20
13:17 - 17:20
18:17 - 22:20
It's a direct connection, which requires reservation: 10€
As you mentioned, you'd like to use a night train to Paris. So I advise you to take the first or the second connection.
There's also a connection via Pescara, but I think a direct connection is more comfortable.
The night train from Rome to Paris:
https://rail.cc/en/night-train/rome-paris-en-206/9
For this train you have to buy an extra ticket. Your IR pass is not valid! So make sure you book in advance to get a special fares :)
If you have to be earlier in Paris, you can use a train to Milan and enter there another night train: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/venice-paris-th-220/8
So from Paris you can use a IC to Caen. The night train arrives at Gare de Lyon, but you have to change the station. Use the metro or some other public transport to go to Paris Saint Lazare. The train to Caen depatures at 12:10 and will arrive at 14:04. No Reservation required for this train. As you arrive at 9:30 am you may get the train, which takes depature at 10:10. So you'll be in Caen two hours earlier.
For public transport use metro line 14 to Saint Lazare. You'll arrive Saint Lazare in 8 minutes, the ticket price is 1,70€. The metro runs every two/three minutes.

Hi.
NatureOne explained already the details.
If you travel with point to point tickets, you have to split your bookings.
Bari (Bari Centrale) - Rome (Rome Termini): buy at [ux]https://rail.shop/omio[/ux] if you want to support railcc or at thello if not.
Rome - Paris: buy at [ux]https://rail.shop/omio[/ux] if you want to support railcc
Paris - Caen: buy at [ux]https://rail.shop/sncf[/ux] if you want to support railcc
All these connections are available as direct connections.
It also depends at what time you want to start in Bari, as you could also travel directly via Milan, ...
Peter :)
