What would you like to see? Just bigger cities, like Paris? Are you interested in active holidays, like doing sports? Or more in the cultural sights, parties, nightlife, nice landscapes?
For the question on where to sleep: do you prefer having a real bed, or would camping be also ok for you?
For Ireland: many cities and places are reachable by bus only, I don`t know, if there are any discounts for interrail on the busses. But you may want to take a look here:
www.buseireann.ie
Here you will find all timetables and fares, and a map with all places/cities and lines.
You may want to go to Belgium first, and then to Paris, because if you want to avoid travelling through UK as well, you have to take the ferry from Cherbourg (France) to Rosslare (Ireland). There is a 30% discount for interrail. So, if you would take this ferry, the standart fare for one passenger, in a sleeping seat would be 115 €, for interrail it would be 80,50€.

Hello TomTheCat..
As you asked we want to see Paris Brussels,London and Dublin.
We do not care about the nightlife..
We want to walk to the streets, see landscapes and take a lot of photos.
Meet the country and the culture.
For the night we want to stay in a hostel..
Thats all... :D

Hi.
If you only want to travel these routes, do not buy an Interrail pass. Book early some special prices, as on these routes, Interrail isn't worth due to the high extra reservation fees.
As earlier you book, as cheaper the prices are.
Paris - Brussels: from EUR 29 at [ux]https://rail.shop/beurope[/ux]
Brussels - London: from EUR 50 at [ux]https://rail.shop/beurope[/ux]
London - Dublin:
by train and ferry from GBP 36 at
www.stenaline.co.uk/ferry/rail-and-sail/
www.virgintrains.co.uk/tickets-offers/dublin-trains-ferries/
www.irishferries.com/ie/sailrail.asp
by bus and ferry with eurolines.co.uk from GBP 26
