Zurich to Munich via Lichtenstein Castle

Hi,
I was looking at the train from Zurich to Munich and it goes via Ulm.

I was wondering if we left Zurich around 6 am on a Thursday would we be able to get to the castle at Engstingen in time to look around and then catch the train back to Munich for the evening's accommodation.

It will save us making a special trip out to the castle another day
