Hi, I have an Interrail pass and I am planning to catch a train from Zurich to Rome, but I am not sure how to make the reservation. The first half of the journey is from Zurich to Milan, and the rest in a night train from Milan to Rome. The problem is, do I make the reservations for the whole journey with the Swiss booking centre or do I need to do each part with the Swiss and Italian booking centre respectively ?
I am new here, so I apologize if I am writing in the wrong place or if the answer was available in another post.
Thanks
Peter

Hi Raphael.
The company where you purchased your Interrail pass should be able to answer your questions, as we are not the support forum of others. ;)
If they are not able to do so, here the solution:
Zurich - Milan: travel for free this scenic route - https://rail.cc/en/train/zurich-to-milan
More photos in the railcc blog: https://rail.cc/blog/zurich-milano-albula-bernina/
If you want to pay for the EC train to Italy (EUR 10), then buy this reservation directly in Zurich at the train station, one day before departure: https://rail.cc/en/train/zurich-to-milan
Milan - Rome: you can buy it as well in Zurich, or make the reservation online at the Trenitalia website (select the option Global Pass).
Peter :)
