Travel Companion for Croatia and Slovenia

Hi All,

I am travelling from Croatia to Slovenia and down into Italy commencing in Dubrovnik on the 24th March 2013 and ending up in Rome on the 9th April.

The route I am taking is from Dubrovnik to Split by bus, Split to Zagreb by air, Zagreb to Bled by train, Bled to Florence by train and Florence to Rome by train all up about 22 days.

If anyone would like to link up along the way that would be awesome.
