I've been trying to book the amsterdam - prague night train but it wont allow me to only buy the supplement
tried on different days but nothing, any news on this?
( I bought Munich - Amsterdam withouth problemes )

Hi.

If you want to make an online reservation for this train, either departure or arrival station has to be in Germany.
[b]1[/b] So either buy it at a railway station during your trip.
[b]2[/b] Or buy a reservation for Duisburg (first stop in Germany) to Prague.
Travel to Duisburg by a direct and free ICE train:
Amsterdam dep: 1834 - free ICE train
Duisburg arr: 2032
Duisburg dep: 2146 - by night train
[b]3[/b] Or book Amsterdam to Bad Schandau (last stop in Germany) and ask the train staff if you can stay in the train (couchette, sleeper) until Prague - shouldn't be a problem as the price is the same for the reservation. If not possible, change in Bad Schandau to the 2nd class seated cars attached to this night train in Berlin which you can use for free without reservation.
