Berlin-Warsaw-Krakow-Budapest-Zagreb-Ljubljana-Munich-Prague
Me and my friend were planning on doing this trip over three weeks (possibly with Belgrade too but I didn't have enough characters left for that), either with an unlimited 15 day ticket and spending 3 days in Berlin and 3 in Prague, or a 10 days in 22 ticket.
Is this route doable? Should we include Belgrade? Or is there somewhere else you'd recommend to go instead/as well as one of the stops? I was wondering about Bratislava?
Any help is greatly appreciated as we've never done this before!

Hej,
this roue is easily doable. Go with a 10in22 - cheaper and more flexible.
You will need reservations for:
# Berlin - Warsaw: BWE (Berlin Warsaw Express), 4€ :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/berlin-to-warsaw
# Warsaw - Krakow: When going with EIC or Ex trains, 3,20€, with TLK trains a reservation might be necessary (0,75€) :arr: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/krakow-budapest-tlk402/407/4/124
All other routes can be done without reservations.
I would include Belgrade as well, really cool and interesting place. :) And no problem to get there from Budapest and then on to Zagreb.
Including the trip to Belgrade, you would need eight travel days leaving you with two extra days. You could for instance make a short trip to Switzerland (night train from Ljubljana :arr: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/belgrade-zurich-en-414/159), then continue to Munich. Or, visit Vienna on the way from Krakow to Budapest (Bratislava is not _that_ interesting compared to the other places IMO). What might be interesting as well is visiting Kosice in the far east of Slovakia, European Capital of Culture 2013.
