Hi.
Six weeks to reach Spain is a lot of time.
I recommend 2-3 days per city if you travel with Interrail.
Schedules: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
First timer guide: https://rail.cc/en/first-time-interrail
The most of your money you can save on accommodation, staying in dorms and on food (stay in hostels with kitchen).
Even having your camping stuff with you, it is often easier to stay in a hostel (at least in the bigger cities).
Calculator: https://rail.cc/en/overall-costs
To give you a route isn't that easy... as I don't know if you prefer nature or city sightseeing...
But you could travel first to Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen up to Scandinavia ... then via Malmö, Berlin to Prague. Krakow, Budapest, Croatia, Lake Bled, a little bit of Italy and via Southern-France to Spain...
Europe is big, just have a look on a map... :)

Hej,
in that case I would go with a 5in10 IR pass before the festival and with a 10in22 afterwards. Both passes together are just 10€ more expensive than a One Month pass but you would be more flexible and would not lose travel days while you stay at the festival with a valid pass. :)
I'm sure we can help you with more detailed planning as soon as you know your route in detail. And dont forget to buy the tickets via our webshop to support our work - thank you. :)
