For point to point tickets or are you traveling with a rail pass?
The fastest/cheapest way or with stops in between?

Buy cards interail 5 days trip to 10 days .. From 10 February to20 . 11 February will arrive in Ancona from Greece and from there I want to start my journey to Madrid. Thanks for your help. I am Graduate in train travel.

You have to pay attention as you have to pay reservation fees for some trains (see links in the guide above).
For example the train Ancona to Milano is already EUR 10 reservation fee!
You could use for example this option:
Ancona dep: 1936 - free local train
Orte arr: 2244
Orte dep: 0018 - night train, seat is EUR 3 - [u]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/salerno-turin-icn-798/225[/u]
Milano Centrale arr: 0655
Milano Centrale dep: 0705 - if you get it. Otherwise a later connection - IC train, reservation recommended for EUR 3
Ventimiglia arr: 1107
Ventimiglia dep: 1147 - free local train
Nice Ville arr: 1235
Nice Ville dep: 1255 - free local train
Marseille-St-Charles arr: 1529
Overnight stay ... then next day along the coast to Barcelona and then to Madrid.
