Hey,
I'm gonna be interrailing this summer with 5 others with the 15 day pass. The route we have at the moment is:
Eurostar from London to Paris --> (Interrail pass starts) Munich --> Vienna --> Prague --> Berlin --> Amsterdam --> Belgium (just for Tomorrowland)
Is this route practical? We'll likely only spend 1 day in a couple of the cities (Berlin and Belgium) so do you think we'd get enough of a flavour of each city to make it worthwhile?
Any advice about the best line to take etc. would be much appreciated! We're all travelling noobies.
Thanks in advance!!

Hej,
there is no 14 day InterRail pass. You probably are talking about the 15 days continuous pass? I'd rather go with the 5in10 which covers almost all of your trip for much less money.
The 5in10 covers all of your trips until Amsterdam; from Paris to Munich you might think about using the direct night train since it is a rather long journey: :arr: https://rail.cc/en/night-train/paris-munich-cnl40451/32
If you want to go during the day, you will need to use a TGV Alleo train which also has a compulsory reservation of 13€.
All other trains can be used without extra reservations, just enter the train and sit down.
For the trip from Amsterdam to Boom (Tomorrowland) I would get a regular ticket...this will be cheaper overall than to get another IR pass than the 5in10.
As the journeys between each place are not too long and you only would visit five cities during the 10 days validity period of the IR pass I think it is just a perfect trip with enough time in each city. In fact, InterRail is perfect for trips through Europe where you visit many different cities with rather short (1-3 days) stays in each place.
For more detailed information you might have a look at the first-timer guide: :arr: https://rail.cc/en/first-time-interrail
You can find city-to-city connections here: :arr: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route

BUt DO look if that seat is not yet reserved for another!-maybe only for later on the trip.
(Belgians are quite unused to that).I dont know where that tom-land is held, but there are many alternatives for going Nl-BE the cheap way.
