Hi.
Important o know is:
- how do you get to Italy? I suppose by ferry from Patras?
- how do you want to travel from Italy to Spain? A good solution is also by ferry: [ux]https://rail.cc/en/civitavecchia/ferry/c
- what will be you route, how many travel days in total? Then you can compare if it is worth buying an Interrail pass. Information about Interrail: https://rail.cc/en/interrail
- you can also check prices of point to point tickets.
Italy: [ux]https://rail.shop/omio[/ux]
Spain: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/renfe[/ux]
Please support the railcc project:
- buy your rail passes and tickets here on the recommended website: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
- add locations of your home-town (bars, nice places, ...)
Thank you. :)

Another thought is to visit only Italy with an InterRail ONE COUNTRY pass but can I use it on my way from Patra to Ancona?!

You should first fix your route. Then I can help you with the perfect train tickets! ;)
Ferries: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-ferry/greece/gr
Free travel only if your Interrail pass is valid in Italy AND Greece. So lets say, it should be an Interrail GLOBAL Pass.
Interrail Italy Pass not valid for the ferry.

Hej,
there should be an Italy Plus pass from this year including the ferries to/from Greece. You might think about getting this pass which is valid for one month and use it for the longer journeys you are going to make in Italy (ie trips like Milano - Palermo, Rome - Venice, Lecce - Bologna or any other trips of similar lengths. Then the pass pays off best compared to regular tickets. Keep in mind that you might need extra reservations if you take high speed trains (recommended for longer routes since they are much faster than local trains).
For shorter trips (Florence - Bologna or Pisa, Genova - Milano,...) you can get tickets for regional trains directly at the stations in Italy - regional and local trains are rather cheap.
So a mix of an InterRail One Country Italy Plus Pass for longer distance trips plus regular tickets for shorter distances travelled by regional trains might be the best solution for you.
Another alternative for longer distances would be pre paid tickets (link above, rail.shop/acprail/trenitalia) but then you are fixed on a certain train which isnt much fun).

Change of plans....We decided to fly to Madrid on August 2nd and from there will start our trip with the interrail global pass.We plan to reurn in Greece using the ferry from Ancona to Patra. We want to visit a lot of different countries and we are about choosing the ''InterRail GLOBAL pass YOUTH 10 travel days in 22 days'' or the '' InterRail GLOBAL pass YOUTH 15 days continuous'' !!! Whats your opinion ?!?!?!? ;)

Good idea. :)
Go with the 10in22. Cheaper and you can travel longer. I bet you arent going to use the train on more than 10 days.
