Just wondering what the best way for a eurail pass holder to get from Berlin to Krakow, knowing that a eurail global pass doesn't include Poland. Thanks in advance.

Hi.
The best connection is the direct day train:
https://rail.cc/en/train/berlin-to-krakow

I recommend to buy a special price ticket for this direct train here: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
It is an online-ticket to print out. Very easy and save. Starting form EUR 39 (or even 29!?).

Should be the cheapest option, as you will also save a travel day on your Eurail pass for the part in Germany.

Hej,

the direct EC Wawel will be cut back to Wroclaw in the new timetable starting at 9th December. There are massive construction works on the Wroclaw - Krakow route...it may be also worth considering going to Warszawa and then to Krakow.
When are you going to travel?
