as per 1/1/13. But the news may be smaller as it seems-fares there are so cheap and the trains network is so small, that simply pay as you go is still likely the best buy.
As per oct.13 it is announced, that the now under construction tunnel in ISTanbul is to be opened-linking the Evroipa and Asija parts of the network. Details as tyo how this affects the long-distance trains and how the hi-speed extension into ISTanbul ex Ankara is finished, is not known now.
