Hi everyone,

Could someone please advise me what is the best way of getting from calais frethun to calais ferry port? Thanks a lot. I need advice asap please.

Hi.
I always did it this way: local train from Calais Frethun to Calais Ville (journey time ~ 10 minutes; very frequent: every 30 minutes). Then by foot to the port (25 minutes). There is also a local bus from Calais Ville to the port.

Dear Peter,

Could you also please let me know if I could travel on this local train with a cat (in the appropriate transporter) and how to book the tickets?

Hi Mili.
As it is a local train ride of 10 minutes, you should be able to get the ticket at a ticket machine at the station/platform. And I think it is no problem to take the cat with you.
