İs it possible to go to Paris without using thalys? and also cover a night by changing trains

Hi.
No there is no night train connection on this route. Too short distance.

or as an in-between you can go for just 1,50 using the French TGV from LIlle-ev 30/60 mins in 1 hr flat with that ''forfait-trick.
Trains BRU-Lille (RIJSSEL in Vlaams) run via Doornik/Tournai or via Kortrijk/Courtrai hourly and take about 1,5-2 hrs total.
Many tourists want to visit BRUGGE in BE and you can easily fit that in for this trip with a short detour. Hourly trains Brugge-Kortrijk connect into local trains to Lille.
Even very, very long ago when nightrains AMSterdam-Paris still ran, they passed BRUssels mid of night.
