I am a student from Republic of Georgia, South Caucasus, currently I am studying in Prague, I have a Schengen visa, I want to travel to Berlin from Prague and also to Amsterdam from Prague by night train, on railcc web-site it is indicated that 2nd class seat rail pass costs 11.50 EUR, should I buy this rail pass only or there are any other traveling costs? Thank you in advance

Hi.
If you want to pay only the EUR 11,50 , then you need a rail pass. So the rail pass (Interrail or Eurail - depends on how long you stayed already in Prague: https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail )is your ticket and the EUR 11,50 is your reservation.
An Interrail pass 5 travel days in 10 starts from EUR 175: https://rail.cc/en/interrail-global-pass
As you can't travel for free in your country of residence (https://rail.cc/en/how-to-interrail), which might b then Czech Rep, you have to pay another ticket until the German border.

So I recommend you for the route Prague - Berlin - Amsterdam to buy single train tickets to special fares, starting from EUR 29 (including ticket and reservation).
You can book them online at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux]
Book early to get the special prices before they are sold out.

Peter :)
