Hi, on the railcc shop for Train Seats Reservation, how do I select what type of
reserved seats ? Like choosing a window seat or reserve adjoining seats or opposite
seats with a table. Is there an option for this on the railcc shop ?

Thank You!
Charles :)

Hi Charles.
Select a connection and when prices appear, click on it. Then an extra pop-up window will appear where you can select window or not: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux]
But you have to pay for the shipping. So I recommend either to order directly at sj.se (but currently there seems to be a problem with their option Eurail/Interrail pass - reservation only. I contacted them and wait for a reply).
Then it is cheaper and you can get it as e-ticket to print out at home.
Or buy it in Sweden directly. Shouldn't be a problem as you are travelling outside the main season.
Have a sunny Sunday, Peter :)

Hi Peter. Thanks for the info :) Please let me know when the sj.se Eurail pass Reservation only is fixed.

Another thing is when we reach the Copenhagen airport, it will be in the early morning. By the time we come out
of the plane it will be around 7:50am Plus getting our baggage and having the Eurail tickets validated, I figure it
would be 8:30am We want to reach Stockholm by early afternoon, which do you recommend, to take the train
to Copenhagen station and board the X2000 train, or take the train to Malmo and board the X2000 train from there ?

Enjoy your Sunday Peter :)

The station for the airport in Copenhagen is called Kastrup Lufthavn st:
The X2000 trains stop there.
So you could use the X2000 from the airport directly to Stockholm. Departure (except Sunday) is at 08:50h.

Otherwise, if you can get it, use a local Oeresund train (very frequent) to Malmö. You will cross the big Oeresund bridge.
Then change to the X2000 in Malmö.
As otherwise you would travel backwards, if you first go to Copenhagen.

And yes, I will inform you about the SJ reply concerning online booking of Eurail reservations.

Hi Peter !!! How are you ?

I am trying to make a train reservation on the railcc online shop from
KASTRUP CPH to Stockholm Central on Nov. 3 at 8:50am but all I got is
the error message:

For the selected route, please note that prices are currently unavailable online. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Does this mean I cannot make reservation for this route ???

Hi Charles.
I am fine - Autumn is coming to Germany.
Travel for free by local train from the airport to Malmö (Sweden).
Then make the reservation (in the systems often called X2 - https://rail.cc/en-type-country/snabbt%C3%A5g/sj-s/39 ) from Malmö to Stockholm.

I see on this Saturday (3rd November) only a departure at 0846 at Kastrup Lufthavn st. This connection is with change in Lund, then you have to use a Veolia train to Stockholm: https://rail.cc/en-type-country/veolia-transport/veos-veo/159
If you want to use this one, try to get the reservation via: veoliatransport.se/tmpl/Iframe____43893.aspx?epslanguage=EN
Otherwise use the connection at 0926.

Hi Peter :) Okie I tried the Train Reservation but all I got is this schedule:

Depart Malmö C at 10:13 - Arrive Stockholm C at 14:50 (Train service, number: 532)

And there are two prices: Business US$70 and Standard US$28. What is the difference ?

It seems quite different from 1st class eurail pass booking and there is no X2 indication.
And I cannot find the 9:26am connection at Malmo :(

Hi Charles.

The local train from Kastrup to Malmö is like this (find the schedule here: [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] ):

Kastrup Lufthavn st dep: 0926 - no reservation required - https://rail.cc/en-type-country/%C3%B6resundst%C3%A5g/dsbf-ot/70
Malmö C arr: 0946

The high-speed-train to Stockholm is like this:
Malmö C dep: 1013 - Train service, number: 532 - https://rail.cc/en-type-country/snabbt%C3%A5g/sj-s/39
Stockholm Central arr: 1450

Book this second train here: [ux]https://rail.shop/acprail/reservation[/ux]
Select as cities Malmö C and Stockholm C. Check the box I am traveling with a rail pass and you will find the reservations standard (=2nd class) for USD 14 and business (1st class) for USD 35.

I hope this information will help you.
Peter :)
