Hi everyone !

I booked a few days ago a night train between Munich and Roma in a wrong class, the first instead of the second. On the website of the DB, they say that the cancellation cost 10% of the price but, does cancellation also means refund ?

Would you make the cancellation on the website (does he works easily and properly ?) or wait to be in a DB shop ?

If I book the 2/8 for the night train leaving the 3/8, would the train be already full ? (in a 6 people couchette car)

Thanks a lot for your pieces of advice and apologies for my broken english

Hi,

you have to refund it online, conditions are here :arr: http://www.bahn.de/hilfe/view/pk/en/ticketbuchung/erstattungen.shtml

Booking CNL in high season just one day before departure you definitely risk the train being full - but this may vary from train to train, day to day...but you can check availability online with the booking engine ([ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux])
