Can we pay the whole itinerary when we start our itinerary?

Hi! :)

i was wondering if in the following route Copenhagen- Amsterdam Centraal (see below) can we buy the ticket for the whole itinerary in Copenhagen or do we have to pay a new ticket every time we change the train? For example, we arrive in Amersfoort and take the intercity train, do we have to pay the intercity fee then or can we pay everything in Copenhagen?
