Hi,

Me and my girlfriend will go on a 2 weeks InterRail trip in August and have one thing we are not sure about: We are both Romanian, but I will leave from Paris and she will leave from Bucharest, the meeting point being Vienna. Does it matter where we buy the pass from? I'm asking this as I understood it's not valid if you travel in the country you live (in case they check where you buy it from / where you live), so would like to make sure it's totally fine if we order it from this website, with the delivery in Paris and Bucharest if possible.

If so, how long does it take to receive it, from the time we order it? Does it make any difference if we order it next week or closer to the departing date (beginning of August)?

Thank you,
Radu

Hi Radu.
The important thing is always the country of residence you lived in the past six months.
But not where you get it send to.
So you can order a Romanian (as it is your country of residence) Interrail Pass and get it delivered to Paris.
For your friend it is also no problem to get a Romanian Interrail Pass send to Bucharest.
Please note: in the shop select in the top right corner the flag of the country of delivery (for you France, for your friend Romania). Later when entering your personal data, select your country of residence (for you both Romania).
See details here: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]
Shipping is within 7 business days.
:arr: [ux]https://rail.shop/interrail[/ux]

And with your purchase you directly support the railcc project! Thank you! :)
Have a sunny trip, Peter :)

Hi Peter,

Excellent, thank you for the information.

railcc is of great help, so that's why I decided to purchase the passes from here :D

Cheers,
Radu
