Hi.
Looks good your travel route...! :)
Some ideas:
Travel Milan to Zürich the following route. Amazing nature trough the Alps and absolutely free of reservation fees!
https://rail.cc/en/interrail/milan-to-zurich
I personally prefer Zürich.

Zürich - Paris: fast connection by TGV Lyra trains - but with reservation fee. Reservation available for example here in the railcc shop. But also free and slower connections: https://rail.cc/en/interrail/zurich-to-paris

Paris - Brugge : use free trains and avoid the THALYS trains - https://rail.cc/en/interrail/paris-to-bruges

Brugge - Brussels - Amsterdam: avoid Thalys, use free IC trains. See railcc schedules - https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route

Hamburg - Copenhagen: free

Copenhagen - Stockholm: also free connections available - https://rail.cc/en/interrail/copenhagen-to-stockholm

Stockholm - Helsinki: by ferry. The ferry Stockholm to Turku is cheaper - https://rail.cc/en/interrail-ferry/sweden/se

You could include Berlin if you want ... Amsterdam - Hamburg - Berlin.
Then Berlin to Malmö by night train (EUR 19 - https://rail.cc/en/interrail-night-train/berlin-malmoe-en-300/58 ) - and Malmö to Copenhagen is less than an hour by free and frequent Oeresund trains.

So I hope this will help you saving a bit of money! :)
And if you like railcc, support us with your purchase of your official Interrail pass on the recommended website. Thank you! :)
Peter :)
