Hi, basically, we have left it too late to book an Interrail ticket over the internet, as we have a coach booked to Amsterdam for Tuesday, so I was wandering if it is possible to buy Interrail passes in Amsterdam? Thanks!

Yes: https://rail.cc/en/amsterdam/amsterdam-central-railway-station/l177
And also read here: https://rail.cc/en/faq/where-to-buy-interrail-pass-in-amsterdam
To support all the information on railcc and the railcc forum, buy next time your official Interrail pass on https://rail.shop/interrail
Thank you, Pete :)

Thanks man, you're the best! Do you have any idea where we need to go once in the station to buy it? And will it be the same price as online?
And I will, all this last minute business is too much! Thanks ago man

you can-IF you qualify for IR, BUT
there are in summer always enormous (and I mean 2-3 hrs wait!) ques in INTERnational ticketing, as the foreigners only knows to go to Central Station
2. there is a SURcharge of 10€ as ''service'' for the pleasure of doing so, they will only make an extra of 3 REServations at same time. DO take original passprt with you! Credit cards involve also an extra-extra fee-the Dutch have their own bankcards.
