I'm sorry if this question has been posted a million times but I want to make sure I order the correct pass. I am a citizen of both the United States and Finland and hold a passport in both countries. I also have an address in Finland. I wasn't sure if this means I can purchase an inter rail global pass or if I should buy the eurail pass.

Regards,

Max

Hi Max.
The official rule says: the country in which you lived the past 6 months is your country of residence.
But if you travel Europe with your Finish passport and you have an Eurail pass with you, it won't make sense for the railway staff checking your ticket. Especially if you meet staff which is not very common with the rules of Interrail and Eurail.
So I recommend: if you travel with your Finish passport, use an Interrail pass - if you travel with your US passport, use an Eurail pass.
Peter :)
