No, there is not.
You can go to Rijeka first, then take the night train from there:
:arr: [u]https://rail.cc/en/train/pula-to-rijeka[/u]
:arr: [u]https://rail.cc/en/night-train/rijeka-munich-b480/en498/262[/u]
From Pula, the only _through_ train across the border to Slovenia is this one :arr: [u]https://rail.cc/en/train/pula-to-ljubljana[/u]
You can change then to the night train to Munich there.
