check times on whatever travelplanner-start from 19.00-use the overnight to paris.
It may be doable (I dont check for you-I prefer people to not be that lazy) via TGV-new line into barca and Spanish AVE-but this will cost youi still dearly in supplemts.

If by one day, you mean within 24 hours, then yes - Frankfurt to Paris by day train, then the overnight from Paris Montparnasse(?) to Madrid arriving early the following morning.
